living room fabric update

So I'm getting a little plan together for pillows for my living room.  
I found the most gorgeous fabric, portobello vase in ladybug and knew I had to find somewhere to use it.
I love the colors; pinks, greys, taupe, turquoise, and chartreuse.  It somehow manages to tie in all the nonsense of color I already had going on in that room.
I also bought the duralee kilburn in grey and I plan to make pillows and have them monogrammed in coral similar to what I've shown below.
For those of y'all not brave enough to make your own pillow covers, I found both the portobello and the duralee on already made on etsy.
What do you think?

  6. Too funny! I'm using the same duralee for drapes in a bedroom. Love the modern and traditional look paired together! That will look awesome.

  12. Those are beautiful fabrics. I (or someone...you) need to do a tutorial on how to sew pillows, everyone seems to be so daunted by it but it's actually SEW easy (pardon my pun!) Have a great weekend! xoxo
