Meal Planning Made Simple: Week Three

 Monday, Monday, Monday.  My loves.
Are we happy for a fresh start?  Ready to tackle the week?
Let's hope so because it's here either way.

This weekend brought on more house hunting, a little antiquing in search of some items for the ORC, some lunching with friends and some really yummy petit mignon and fried green tomatoes at Water Grill for my mom's Birthday.  I classed it up with dueling red and white glasses of wine next to my plate during dinner.

Well, a new week means a new menu for meal planning.
This time I've got some yummy recipes from pinterest I'm trying out.  And don't worry, I'm not dragging you down my dairy and egg free rabbit hole just yet.

  1. So I have been dying to try out that Salmon and pretzel chicken recipe. Let me know how they turn out. You are a women after my own heart mixing white and red wine. Do dish who do you do the circles around the photos? I need some blog 101 help!

    1. I create a circle template with a transparent background and then create a new file and place the template where I want it and then layer the photo on top and create a clipping mask. Then I just follow and repeat until I get as many circles as I want!

    1. Well truth be told, that's the plan and I'm expecting an evening out with Matthew while the inlaws keep the babes. However, I thought some of y'all might actually follow this and need to eat :)

  10. LOVE this series. You have truly inspired me to get organized and begin meal planning. It would make my life so much easier as a crazy full time business owner and full time mom. Whew. Also, wanted to ask you - do you use Photoshop for your designs? I desperately need to invest in software to create awesome designs for marketing/ads of my shop. You do such a fantastic job! Where do I start?

    1. Thanks sweets! I use both photoshop and illustrator. I detailed the process in my reply above to Natalie's comment. Not sure if it makes any sense if you don't understand photoshop jargon though.
