I can't believe I've been cooking consistently for six weeks now!
I'm not going to lie, there have been a few nights that involved take-out or leftovers instead of sticking with the menu. But overall, it's amazing how much more organized and confidant I feel in the kitchen now. Like anything, practice builds confidence which leads to enjoyment. I think I actually fell into the side of liking to cook. Yes, I actually enjoy it.

This really looks amazing. Do you stick to your plan each week? I'd love to dine at your home. I have a super picky husband that isn't game for trying new things to eat; a big challenge, since I love any and every new thing that comes along. Have a great week.

ReplyDeleteThese look amazing! Just curious, do your kids eat these meals as well or do you make something separate for them?
