Meal Planning Made Simple: Week 11

April 15, 2013

__________________________________________________________

Happy Monday!
Did you watch the Masters this past weekend?  If Aussie hottie Adam Scott (go ahead and click on the link, you'll thank me) doesn't give you a reason to start watching golf, I don't know what will.  If you follow me on instagram you know we snacked on Matthew's pimento cheese sandwiches all weekend in honor of Augusta National.  I'll be back later today to share the recipe.  It's worth it.  Palmetto Cheese is our favorite store-bought brand but nothing beats a big tub of the home made stuff.

  3. I second Natalie. Both look great and I would love to know how they turn out before I attempt them. Thanks for being the guinea pig! Would you be willing to file your weekly meal planning under a Pages tab so we can find them easily from week to week?! That would be oh so helpful!!! Thanks!

  4. I can't buy Palmetto Cheese unless we're having company or it will magically disappear all on it's own. (As in, I eat the whole darn thing by myself in 3 days!)

I'm with you on Adam Scott. My husband came home and said, "Honey! Your guy won!"

  6. Agreed on Adam Scott, and also agree that Palmetto is the best store bought. Those shrimp tacos look delish.

  13. Ohh, Adam Scott, watching golf definitely wasn't boring this weekend! Also love watching the Masters because my dad's company is responsible for the beautiful landscaping at Augusta National...gorgeous, as always! We moved to NY from SC, and I was so stinking excited to find Palmetto Cheese at our local grocery store...definitely makes this homesick girl feel like she's back in the south!

  14. My husband tried to lure me into watching the Masters by telling me about Adam Scott, but I was forced to watch Golf my whole life and now I just can't watch it. OK next, Matt and I are going on a diet so I am very appreciative for these recipes. I don't know if the steak rolls are healthy or not, but I want to eat it. Like now.
