Meal Planning Made Simple: Week 16

July 8, 2013

__________________________________________________
I'm back with a new meal plan this week after taking several weeks off.  I'm really tweaking how my family eats.  We've been sitting down as a family of four and eating at the dining room table almost every night.  This means that the allergy kids are more aware of what Matt and I are eating.  They like to be like us.  I've had to make a lot of adjustments to everyone's eating habits.  I'll share more on that next week.  Today is just good old fashion yum.
And sorry for the insta-overload the past few days, we've been having a fantastic time with our families.  Did you have a great holiday weekend I hope?

  1. I know the allergy thing must be so hard, but I bet y'all eat a heck of a lot healthier because of it! ps we all eat dinner the four of us too, sometimes hard, but I think in the end it's the best way ;)

  2. I love the insta pics, since I don't get to see you often I love keeping up thru your pics and might I add I can't believe how big Tagg and Wells are- you truly make gorgeous babies. I have been wanting to try those lasagna roll ups. Let me know if they are good! Now that Matt is starting his own firm he is home more for dinner which is nice so we try to eat together too, its good for the kids:)

  3. I've enjoyed all your instagram updates, looks like you and your family had a great time! We try to meal plan on Sunday's and do our grocery shopping as well for the week. I find though that we don't stick to our plan and end up eating out! Which, we are tying not to do. Do you find that y'all end up eating out, or no?

  5. That pasta salad looks amazing as does the grilled chix salad! I might be stealing these ideas for our dinners this week! Good for you for getting the family together for dinner- I don't have any kiddos but I remember dinner being one my most favorites parts of the day as a kid because we were all together!

  7. Those are some great recipes! I need to work more meatless dishes into our rotation. Maybe if I ease into it, my husband won't notice? Ha!
