January 13, 2014

Hearty White Bean Vegetable Soup | Thai Chicken Enchiladas | Easy Baked Honey Mustard Chicken  | Spicy Sausage Potato Kale Soup | Honey-Lime Sweet Potato, Black Bean, and, Corn Quesadillas
___________________________________________________________

I've decided to get back on track with offering Meal Planning help.  I'm going to include at least one soup each week until it gets warm.  I typically like to make a soup at the beginning of the week to use for lunches and freeze for last minute dinners.

  4. The quesadillas looks really yummy, and so do the Thai enchiladas! I bought a cute little notebook at Target for all of our meal planning, I figured the cute notebook might make it more fun :)

  6. Love the veggie options! We are a meet free house and these sound great! We made Ina's minestrone last week (without the meat) and it was amazing - looks similar to the soup you posted.

  9. Love this! We make honey mustard chicken quite often in our house but we don't do too much soup. Neither of us get full off soup. Do you pair yours with something else?

    1. You aren't making your soups hearty enough. Try adding cannellini beans (2 cans) and a pasta to whatever your current recipe calls for. Also, add ground beef (or turkey), kielbasa sausage, or chicken. Hope that helps!
