How gorgeous is this pretty Christmas Tree Skirt? I'm seriously considering ordering it. I love that it's white so it will go with any color scheme but has such pretty details that make it beautiful on it's own. What does your tree skirt look like? Where did you find it?
Speaking of skirts, I'm pretty obsessed with the look of this white table skirt with black trim.
How easy would it be to recreate with a simple 120" white round table cloth like this one I found here. Just use some hem tape to iron the band to the bottom. This is a DIY you will sure be seeing me create in the next month so stay tuned.
And I'm loving this cozy room with the brown tufted velvet ottoman and that tufted club chair.
I found this one that's pretty similar form West Elm.
And a similar chair from Target. My two slipper chairs with the aviary print are from Target and have held up really well. I'd buy Target chairs again in a hearbeat because you just can't beat the price.
And my all time favorite look of the season are black doors with simple green wreaths. This image inspired me to paint the inside of my front door black yesterday. You'll get pictures of that later this week. It's pretty amazing and I'm not sure why I waited so long. Now I just need the wreath!
You know what else I need? A hair cut. But with my stylist friend Marie out on maternity leave until the end of January and pictures like this floating around I'm pretty sure I'll be rocking the long hair for a while longer now.

Gorgeous tree skirt! I am loving black doors too- I wish I had one I could paint black in my house

I love that tree skirt. I have followed my mom's tradition...we spread a big white sheet under our tree. It actually looks pretty good. Especially once it's covered with presents! And since we have a real tree, I don't have to worry about sap and stains.
ReplyDeleteLove the black door + wreath! And, you look great with long hair! Lucky you can wear it long AND short and look fabulous :)
ReplyDeleteI made a tree skirt this year and LOVE it. It was so easy. I have some (terrible) pictures up today. Also our home depot has some great boxwood wreaths for cheap. Merry Christmas, friend!
ReplyDeleteI desperately need a haircut too, must happen this week! I loooove that black door with the wreath, such a gorgeous look!
ReplyDeleteOh good! I've been wanting to paint the inside of my front door black and haven't gotten the guts to do it yet. Can't wait to see yours for some great inspiration!! :)
ReplyDeleteLove that tree skirt! Why are they all so expensive? I added one from PB to my wedding registry so someone else can pay for it. :)
ReplyDeleteI love all of your picks!

ReplyDeleteFyi about that tree skirt! I just saw it the other day on a crafter's blog - and she made her own! Here's the link if anyone wants to give it a try...

Beautiful tree skirt! I don't have a true tree skirt....I've always used a white or cranberry colored sheet. One day I'd love to have a real one.
ReplyDeleteOhhh... I'm excited to see about this table cloth!
